1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter — the Agreement) governs the relationship between the administration of the narechke.spb website (hereinafter — the Administration) and the website user (hereinafter — the User). By using the website, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The narechke.spb website provides the User with information about yacht, boat, and motor ship rental services, water event organization, and catering in Saint Petersburg. All information on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. User Obligations
The User undertakes to: provide accurate information when filling out forms on the website; not use the website for distributing spam or malware; not take actions aimed at disrupting the website's operation.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Administration is not responsible for temporary unavailability of the website due to technical reasons. Current prices, vessel availability, and rental conditions are confirmed by the company's managers. Vessel photos on the website may slightly differ from the actual vessels.
5. Intellectual Property
All website materials (texts, images, logos, design) are intellectual property of the Administration. Copying materials without permission is prohibited.
6. Final Provisions
