Charter Agreement (Public Offer)

1. General Provisions

This document is the official public offer of Individual Entrepreneur Ivanov Gleb Maksimovich (hereinafter — the «Lessor») and contains all essential terms of the pleasure boat charter agreement with crew.

In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, upon acceptance of the terms below and payment for services, the individual or legal entity accepting this offer becomes the Customer (hereinafter — the «Lessee»).

Acceptance of this offer means the Lessee's full and unconditional acceptance of all terms of this agreement without any exceptions and/or limitations and is equivalent to concluding a bilateral written agreement (Art. 434.3 of the Civil Code).

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Lessor undertakes to provide the Lessee with a pleasure boat (motor boat, yacht or motor ship) with crew for a water cruise or event along a route agreed by the parties. The specific vessel, route, date, time, number of passengers and cost are agreed by the parties at the time of booking.

All vessels are duly registered, equipped with life-saving appliances, and are in technically sound condition. The crew holds the necessary qualification documents.

3. Booking and Payment

To book a vessel, the Lessee submits a request on narechke.spb, by phone, or via messengers. The manager confirms the availability of the selected vessel for the desired date and time, after which the parties agree on the cruise details.

The booking is considered confirmed after prepayment in the amount agreed by the parties (usually 50% of the rental cost). The manager issues an invoice for payment, which is sent to the Lessee via messenger or email.

The final payment shall be made by the Lessee no later than 3 (three) working days before the cruise date, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. Payment is not processed on the website.

4. Rights and Obligations

The Lessor undertakes to:

• Provide the vessel in technically sound condition, fueled and equipped with life-saving appliances
• Provide a qualified crew (captain) to operate the vessel
• Ensure passenger safety during the cruise in accordance with navigation rules
• Provide services in full at the agreed time

The Lessee undertakes to:

• Follow the rules of conduct on water transport and comply with the captain's instructions
• Not exceed the agreed number of passengers on board
• Treat the Lessor's property with care. In case of property damage — compensate the damage in full
• Arrive at the pier no later than 15 minutes before the cruise start

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

For yachts

• If the Lessee cancels more than 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the cruise date — the prepayment is refunded in full.
• If canceled 7 (seven) calendar days before the cruise date — 50% of the prepayment is retained.
• If canceled less than 5 (five) calendar days before the cruise date — the prepayment is not refunded.

For boats

• If canceled more than 3 (three) calendar days before the cruise date — the prepayment is refunded in full.
• If canceled less than 3 (three) calendar days before the cruise date — the prepayment is not refunded.

In case of the Lessee's late arrival, the cruise time is not extended and the cost is not recalculated.

6. Weather and Force Majeure

In case of adverse weather conditions (storm warning, wind speed over 12 m/s, thunderstorm), or if a navigation ban is imposed by authorized bodies (EMERCOM, port authorities), the Lessor may offer to reschedule the cruise. If rescheduling is not possible — the prepayment is refunded in full.

7. Liability

For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under this agreement, the parties bear responsibility in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Lessor is responsible for passenger safety during the cruise, except in cases where passengers violate the onboard conduct rules.
